- Then this programme is for you.
Who the programme is for
The programme is for you if:
- you find it hard to fall asleep because your mind keeps working
- you wake during the night and struggle to get back to sleep
- you feel you can’t “switch off”
- you link your bed with tension, waiting or frustration
- you want an easier, calmer way into sleep
- you want to start the morning with more clarity, energy and inner calm
How the programme works
The problem isn’t that you don’t know how to sleep
The problem is that the system stays switched on. Your body is tired, but your mind is still analysing, planning, checking and worrying – and the bed is no longer a place of rest, but a place of struggle.
Miran san guides you through calming the body, releasing pressure and building a new relationship with your bed, the night and sleep. You don’t have to feel anything special, see images or stop your thoughts. Listening is enough.
“I’m not going to try to fall asleep. I’m going to rest.”
The aim isn’t to “beat insomnia”, but to stop waging war on sleep.

Play the evening session
Listen once you’re already in bed. Headphones help, but aren’t essential.
The morning session
Right after waking, while you’re still in bed, listen to the short morning recording.
Repeat
Once falling asleep feels normal and easy, you no longer need to listen every evening.
Frequently asked questions
Questions before you start
What if I fall asleep in the middle of the recording?
That’s fine – your body took what it needed. You don’t have to hear the whole recording for it to make sense.
What if I don’t fall asleep straight away?
That’s fine too. The aim isn’t to force sleep, but to reduce the pressure around it. Even lying calmly without a struggle sends your body a new message.
Do I have to be “deeply hypnotised”?
No. You don’t have to feel anything special, see images or follow every word perfectly. It’s enough to listen and let your body rest.
Do I have to listen every evening?
At first it helps to listen regularly. As falling asleep gets easier, you can skip an evening now and then – until you no longer need the recording.
Can I listen while driving?
No. Don’t listen to the sessions while driving, working, walking outside or doing anything that needs you to be awake and focused.
Is this a substitute for a doctor?
No. The programme can be a support, but it is not a substitute for a doctor, a diagnosis or medical treatment. Read the full notice.
Enough for today. Now it’s time to rest.
