What the programmes of Radost Življenja are and are not – and how purchase, refunds and appointments work. This is a translation; the Croatian version is the original.

Important notice

The programmes and services of Radost Življenja are not a substitute for a medical examination, medical treatment, psychiatric help or psychotherapy.

Hypnosis, mental training and educational programmes serve as support for personal development, changing patterns and better management of one’s own behaviour.

Results depend on the person, their decision, their openness to the process and their readiness to change. No medical guarantee or guarantee of a specific result is given.

Purchase terms

By buying a digital product you confirm that you understand you are buying digital educational and hypnotic content.
Once the digital product has been delivered, the delivery service is considered completed.
The buyer agrees not to share, resell, copy or publicly distribute the content without the owner’s written permission.
All content is copyrighted and intended solely for the buyer’s personal use.
Orders and payment are handled on the sales page sinisacrljen.mysamcart.com (opens the sales page in a new tab). This website does not process payments.

Refund policy

As this is a digital product delivered electronically, a refund is not possible once the product has been delivered to the buyer, except in the case of a technical error or double charge.
Before the digital product is delivered, the buyer may ask to cancel the order and receive a refund if the product has not yet been sent.
If there is a technical problem accessing the product, the buyer can get in touch by e-mail at sinisa.crljen.hypno@gmail.com and the problem will be solved as soon as possible.

Consultations over Zoom

For consultations over Zoom, the time is arranged individually, by e-mail.
An appointment can be changed no later than 48 hours before the agreed time.
If the client does not attend an agreed appointment without prior notice, the consultation counts as used.

Privacy on this website

This website uses no cookies or analytics and does not store visitors’ data. The free-consultation form on the one-to-one page only puts the name, e-mail and message you enter into an e-mail that you send from your own e-mail app; contact happens directly by e-mail or phone. The sales page (SamCart) and Facebook have their own privacy policies.
